Crispy Ranch Chicken Breasts

A casserole pan of food

In our family of six growing kids, very few foods rule the roost any greater than chicken. Of course there’s pizza, mac ‘n cheese,  burgers, and the such, but if there was one food in particular that our guys all love, their go-to food at both restaurants and at home, it is (universally) chicken. And cheese. And ranch dressing. To that end, we found the perfect combination, with this recipe for Crispy Ranch Chicken Breasts.

A close up of a plate of food on a table

When I put this recipe for Crispy Ranch Chicken Breasts together, it was my intention to serve it primarily as a kid’s meal. Don’t get me wrong, the kids all loved it. Here’s where the surprise comes in: The adults loved it as well. In fact, this dish presents so nicely and has so much flavor going on, I would not hesitate to serve it as an elegant entrée, suitable for both guests and family alike. It’s that good. As I often say to you, please don’t take my word for it. Try it yourself. I know you’re going to love this one.  -Dan

This recipe is amazing. The chicken was cooked so perfect and very moist and juicy. A feat for breasts which can easily dry out. I only had regular mayo so I substituted for low fat Miracle Whip. Heavenly. Next time I will try it with low fat mayo. I served it with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies, and there was enough sauce for everything! This is a definite new favorite! Thank you for posting. Cheers
