Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel.


Par-cook the bacon in the air fryer at 400°.


Snip the bacon in half.


Wrap each scallop in bacon.


Secure each piece with a toothpick.


Air fry on each side for 4 minutes.


Drizzle with garlic-butter sauce.

 ●  Do not leave scallops in the air fryer after cooking they will become dry and hard.  ●  You can easily double this recipe but the bacon and scallops need to be cooked in batches.  ●  The scallops can be served at room temperature if you are making them for a party but Irecommend warming the butter sauce for drizzling to warm the scallops versus reheatingthe scallops. ●  Do not skip par cooking the bacon or the bacon will not be fully cooked when the scallopsare ready.
