Combine all ingredients and mix with spoon. Divide as needed and roll between waxed paper.
Place crust in pie pan and use a fork to poke vent holes throughout bottom and some on the side. See Recipe notes for baking times.

To blind bake, (empty shell), bake at 375° F. for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
To bake this homemade turkey pot pie, bake at 350° F. for 45 minutes and then increase oven temperature to 375° and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until crust is golden brown.
