Ingredients
2
lbs
boneless skinless chicken breast
1
medium onion cut into strands
3
orange or red peppers
1
packet of taco seasoning
3/4
cup
of water
corn or flour tortillas
sour cream
salsa
diced tomatoes
lettuce
Instructions
Place chicken in crock pot
Sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides of the chicken, reserving 1/4 of the seasoning.
Place onions and peppers on top of the chicken and sprinkle the remaining seasoning on top.
Add water.
Place lid on the crock pot.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is completely cooked.
Take chicken out of the crock pot and shred.
Remove the onions and peppers.
Return the chicken to the crock pot so that it can absorb the liquid in the pot.
Assemble the fajita with the chicken and onions and peppers.
Top with favorite toppings (tomatoes, sour cream, etc.)
