Ingredients

left over turkey
cubed

cup
poultry stock or broth
1
tablespoon
flour
1
cup
frozen peas
2-3
carrots sliced in 1" pieces
3-4
cups
leftover mashed potatoes

tablespoon
butter
softened
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Prepare deep baking dish with non-stick spray.
Using large mixing bowl, combine first five ingredients and stir thoroughly.
Place mixture in baking dish.
Top turkey mixture with mashed potatoes and spread evenly.
Brush butter over top of mashed potatoes.
Bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are golden brown.
Notes
garnish with parsley if desired and serve with gravy.
