Easy Like Sunday Morning Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
For Cinnamon Rolls

Roll of frozen bread dough
1
cup
of granulated sugar
can use half granulated sugar and half brown sugar for more gooey rolls
1/2
Tablespoons
Cinnamon
1/2

butter
soften
For Icing
8
OZ
Cream Cheese
soften
1/2
cup
butter
soften
2
cups
powder sugar
1
teaspoon
vanilla
Instructions
If the dough is frozen:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees and shut off when gets to temperature.
In a shallow pan place about 1 quart of boiling water and put pan on the lowest rack in oven.
Grease a bowl or a bread pan and place frozen dough into pan.
Place in the warm oven and allow to rise for approximately 2 hours. The dough should double in size in this time.
Remove from oven and place dough on a floured surface.
Roll dough in a rectangle to approximately 9X13.
Spread soften butter over the entire dough surface.
In a bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
Take mixture and sprinkle on top of dough and butter.
Reserve a little to sprinkle in the cooking pan.
Starting from the longest side and roll, forming a long tube.
To seal the edge, use a little water on your finger on the edge before you complete your roll.
Cut rolls into 12 equal pieces.
Grease a 9X13 pa.
Sprinkle the reserved cinnamon sugar into the bottom of the pan.
Place cinnamon rolls, cut side down into pan. Place 3 in a row.
Put pan in a warm spot to rise another 30 minutes or until cinnamon rolls have doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook cinnamon rolls for approximately 30 minutes or until golden.
For Icing
Using a mixer, beat together butter and cream cheese.
Once butter and cream cheese are incorporated, mix in powder sugar 1/2 cup at a time, until powder sugar is mixed in and the frosting is not gritty.
Mix in vanilla.
Frost cinnamon rolls with frosting and enjoy!
