Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Apply non-stick coating to 9 x 13" baking dish (or slightly smaller.)
Using large mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla together.
Add bread and gently stir. Allow to sit 15 minutes, fold bread into mixture every couple of minutes to facilitate absorption of liquid.
Use soft rubber spatula to fold in berries and white chocolate chips.
Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and evenly distribute.
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
Bake uncovered for 50 minutes.
