On lightly flowered surface, roll out puff pastry sheet to approximately 9 x 12 rectangle.
Using coffee mug, cut out rounds of pastry.
Use small spoon or pastry brush and place small amount of melted chocolate in center of each disc.
Place raspberry in center of chocolate and pinch opposing sides of each disc together, forming a wonton.
Place on greased baking sheet or stone and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Alternatively, raspberries can be swathed in the chocolate and then placed on pastry. It is very important to pinch tops of wontons together very firmly to ensure they don't open up during the baking process.
