Ingredients

cut up skinless chicken
would recommend chicken with bone for more flavor

large onion cut thinly

green pepper diced

sliced mushrooms

minced garlic

cans tomato paste

white wine

oregano

dried basil

crush red pepper flakes
Instructions
On the bottom of the crock pot place onions
Put cut up chicken on top of onions
In a mixing bowl put all remaining ingredients, blend until incorporated and put on top of the chicken
Cook on high for at least 4 hours or on low for about 7-8 hours
Serve with rice or with a pasta and vegetable of choice
