Racine Kringle is also known as:

Process ingredients to form a dough.

Form a rectangle, then wrap and refrigerate it.

Roll out dough for the bottom and for the  top.

Fold, seal, and chill the dough in the fridge.

This kringle dough can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.

Combine the butter, pecans, and brown sugar for the filling.

To assemble the kringle, you’re going to roll out the dough and fill it.

Fold one long side of each piece of dough over the filling.

Form each piece of dough into an oval.

Frost the kringle, then glaze.
