Air fryer halibut is a delicious fish recipe you can make in your air fryer. This protein-packed meal is easy to make and is ready to eat in about 10 minutes!
Preheat your air fryer to 400° F (205° C). Prepare the basket or rack with some non-stick cooking spry.
Remove the halibut fillet from the package and pat dry with a paper towel.
Use the back side of a tablespoon and slather the mayonnaise on both sides.
Place the breadcrumbs on a flat plate. Dredge the halibut until all sides are covered, then season with kosher salt. Spritz with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray.
Place the fish in the prepared air fryer basket or rack and air fry for 9 minutes, turning the fillet halfway through.
Remove from air fryer and allow to rest for 1 to 2 minutes before eating. Garnish with dill weed and lemon and serve with optional tarter sauce if desired.
