1tspSriracha hot chili sauceadjust quantity to your taste.
1tbspWorcester sauce
1tspsesame oil
1/2tsprice wine vinegar
1/2tsponion powder
1/4 tspground ginger
1pinchcoarse sea saltmy use kosher salt.
Instructions
In a large skillet on medium-low, heat olive oil until hot and shiny. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes, making sure it doesn’t burn.
On low heat, add all the ingredients to the skillet at the same time. On low heat, add to the skillet, whisk together sour cream, sriracha hot chili sauce,Worcester sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, onion powder, and ginger. The sauce will be thick.
Heat the Edamame in the microwave for 3 minutes, then carefully open the bag, (steam will be hot) and add to the skillet and combine until the sauce has completely coated the edamame. Turn up the heat to medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes, then remove the heat.
Add some coarse sea salt on top and enjoy, discarding the pods!
Notes
If you are using frozen edamame, thaw it in the microwave for 3 minutes, then carefully open the bag, (steam will be hot)To use fresh garlic in this spicy garlic edamame recipe you will want to use 6 cloves of garlic, minced.
