Brat Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 package bratwurst (pre-cooked or uncooked)
  • 1/2 package phyllo dough
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • If using uncooked brats, parboil for 10 minutes, allow to cool.
  • Cut brats into 2-3 inch pieces.
  • Divide phyllo sheets into thirds, cutting lengthwise.
  • Roll and wrap each brat piece in cut strip of phyllo dough.
  • Use pastry brush to coat each wrapped brat with butter and place on cookie sheet
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve immediately

Notes

Serve with ketchup and Dijon mustard.
