Ingredients

  • 15 oz garbanzo beans 1 can, low sodium
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • black pepper fresh ground, to taste
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 tbsp tahini paste
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest fresh
  • fresh mixed greens to garnish optional

Instructions

  • Rinse garbanzo beans well, and remove skins if desired. Place beans in medium size mixing bowl.
  • Gently fold in remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly blended
  • Serve with lemon wedges and mixed greens.
