These smores brownies combine rich fudgy brownie batter, crunchy graham cracker crumbs, gooey mini marshmallows, and melty chocolate chips for a fun twist on the classic s’mores treat. Pre-heat oven to 350° F and prepare brownie mix as directed on box, adding 1/3 cup chocolate chips to the batter. Bake as directed.
Remove from oven when brownies are done. Crush and sprinkle four graham. crackers on top of them. Sprinkle remaining 1/3 cup of chocolate chips on top of the graham crackers and brownies.
Spread the. marshmallows evenly over the pan of brownies. Place under high broiler, using the center rack, for two minutes.
Sprinkle remaining graham crackers over the top and allow to cool completely before cutting.
