To make the crust, in a large mixing bowl combine the flour, salt, wine, olive oil, and honey. Then in a small bowl mix the yeast with warm water and stir thoroughly.
Using your hands, knead the dough for 10-15 minutes (you can also use a stand mixer if you'd like).Allow the dough to rise for 30-60 minutes in a warm place.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.Feel free to brush on some extra olive oil on top of the crust and sprinkle some salt and garlic powder for added flavor.
