Garlic Pizza with Homemade Pizza Dough

This delicious Garlic Pizza is an easy recipe made with fresh oregano and parmesan on top of a homemade crust.

Ingredients

To make the crust, in a large mixing bowl combine the flour, salt, wine, olive oil, and honey.  Then in a small bowl mix the yeast with warm water and stir thoroughly.

Let's Make This!

Add the yeast mixture to the large mixing bowl and stir.

Using your hands, knead the dough for 10-15 minutes (you can also use a stand mixer if you'd like). Allow the dough to rise for 30-60 minutes in a warm place.

Punch the dough down and knead a little more then let it rise for another 30 minutes.

Place dough on a floured surface.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Feel free to brush on some extra olive oil on top of the crust and sprinkle some salt and garlic powder for added flavor.

Bake the crust for 12-18 minutes (500F if using a pizza stone or 425 if using a baking sheet).

Then add the garlic.

Next, add the oregano and garlic salt. Then place back in the oven for 5 more minutes.

Finally, sprinkle with parmesan and then serve!
