Polish recipes are one of our favorite world cuisines. Indeed, Polish food is a part of our life, thanks to Scott’s Polish great-grandmother (Babcia), who fled the Nazis as a young woman.

With her, Babcia brought many traditional Polish recipes that have been handed down through generations. We feature many Polish food ideas, all of which originated with her.

Our Gołąbki (Polish stuffed cabbage) is one of our most popular Polish recipes.  It is so popular Scott also shows you how to make it as a stuffed cabbage soup and even as a cabbage roll casserole (lazy golumpki).
