Lipton Noodle Soup Cooking Hack With Rotisserie Chicken

Rotisserie chicken and fresh vegetables turn this Lipton noodle soup into a hot meal in just 15 minutes!

Start by slicking the vegetables to an even thickness, about ¼" thick.  Then saute them in the hot oil until they're soft. This takes about 5 minutes over medium-high heat.

Add the water to the sauteed vegetables.

Increase the heat of the burner until the water starts to boil.  Reduce heat to allow a low boil or simmer and let it do this for five minutes. Be sure not to over-boil or you'll end up with mushy vegetables.

Add the Lipton noodle soup mix to the pot. Stir it in with a wooden spoon to make sure it is well dissolved.

Remove the meat from the bones and shred it with your fingers.

Add the rotisserie chicken to the pot of Lipton noodle soup. Cook for five more minutes before serving.
