White Bean and Sausage Soup 

Make this hearty and delicious White Bean and Sausage Soup in under 30 minutes!


Sweet Italian sausage Onion Fennel White Wine Marinara Chicken broth Pasta Cannellini Beans Baby Spinach Salt and Pepper

Heat a large pot or skillet over medium-high heat and brown the sausage.

Let's Make This!

Add onion and fennel and sauté for about 4 minutes. Then add wine to deglaze. 

Add the marina and chicken broth, and bring to a low simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the pasta.  Once the pasta is cooked until desired consistency, stir in the beans and add salt and pepper to flavor. Finally, just before serving add in the baby spinach until wilted and then serve and enjoy!
