Crispy Kale Chips (Oven and Air Fryer Recipe)

These Crispy Kale Chips are a low-carb, healthy snack made with simple ingredients!

Ingredients

Start by preheating the oven to 300F.  Trim the stems from the leaves then wash and dry. Place leaves in a mixing bowl and stir in olive oil, then sprinkle with grated cheese and salt. 

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and then place the kale on the baking sheet in a single layer.

Place the kale chips in the oven and bake for 7 minutes or until crispy and then enjoy!
