Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine flour, salt, and pepper and divide the mixture into two bowls.

To the egg bowl, add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and rosemary, and stir everything together.
Dredge the chicken by placing it in the first flour bowl, covering all sides. Then dip it into the egg mixture. Coat again with the second flour bowl, and place the chicken on a baking sheet.
In a large skillet on medium-high heat, heat the oil.
Add the chicken to the skillet and brown each piece for 3-4 minutes per side.
Place the meat on a paper bag and discard the oil from the pan.
Place the chicken back on the skillet and add the wine.
Then place the skillet in the oven and cook the chicken for about 45-60 minutes.
Garnish with additional rosemary and then serve.
