Meatballs are rolled-up little balls of ground meat that can be made of just about anything. They often have other ingredients in them such as egg (for a binder), breadcrumbs, herbs, and seasoning.

When choosing a meatball recipe, think about why you want one. Is it for a quick and easy dinner? A party idea? A simple appetizer? Ordinary frozen meatballs can be turned into something spectacular for little time and little money! Meatballs can easily be made in a slow cooker, making them a good choice for tailgate parties and game day food.
What you serve with meatballs will depend on the course. For the main meal, they go great with noodles, rice, and sauce. If you are serving them as party food or appetizer, some dip or sauce is usually all you need.
