About potluck recipes

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a display of slow cookers like the one in my work lounge today.

Crockpots lined up for a pot luck dinner.

Although our department only has a dozen or so people, we always have enough to feed double that number, and today was no exception.

My contribution was the mozzarella meatballs recipe that we shared with you a few days ago and although it didn’t exactly fit with the taco theme, there were plenty of Tex-Mex recipes that did, including this beauty of a pot luck salad.

    1. Western dressing is similar to French dressing (with tomato-based, sweet and savory garlic/onion tones.) You can substitute the French dressing in this recipe.

I love this recipe for taco salad. Easy recipe to follow. I have to take the onions out due to allergies and I keep the black olives on the side because allot of family doesn’t care for them. I add sour cream.
