I love the fresh green color and taste of avocado. And I love thinking about how good avocado is for keeping my body healthy.

The first time I fell in love with an avocado dish was my first taste of this easy guacamole recipe. It is seriously the best guac ever and you have to give it a try!

While trying the Noom diet out for a while, I developed this healthy Noom recipe that uses avocado. It also uses an egg and asparagus, making it perfect for breakfast, as a salad, or for lunch.
