Honey Soy Chicken Legs Recipe

Total: 1 hour 10 minutes
Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients 

  • 2 1 ⁄2 lbs chicken legs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ⁄2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 /4 cup ketchup
  • 3 ⁄4 cup honey
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. or 180 degrees C.
  • Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Pour over the chicken.
  • Bake in preheated oven for one hour, or until sauce is caramelized.
